The whole country in three weeks. You start at Rincón de la Vieja volcano and the blue water of Río Celeste, then Arenal and the Monteverde cloud forest. By ferry across the Gulf of Nicoya to Santa Teresa for waves and sunsets, and down the coast to Manuel Antonio and Uvita. The last stretch climbs into the mountains for the quetzal. A fly-drive for those who want to see it all.
