The trip in short
Ten days, three worlds. First the cone of Arenal volcano, with hanging bridges, a waterfall and hot springs in the evening. Then up to the Monteverde cloud forest, where you walk on bridges through the clouds. To finish, the Pacific: sloths and squirrel monkeys in Manuel Antonio and a swim in a bay in the middle of the park. The best first fly-drive through Costa Rica, and easy with children too.
